ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes the current state of the relationship between two countries, such as: Ukraine and China; the strategies necessary to develop and increase the throughput of scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries. Based on this analysis, the author concluded that the development of scientific and technical cooperation between Ukraine and China is possible only on the basis of economic development, which requires significant efforts from the state (Ukraine) i.e. Refine and improve the methods of foreign investment and stimulate cooperation with potential investor countries. The author researched the amount of net foreign direct investment per capita in relationship with volume of investment. The author concluded that the volume of foreign investment must be valued at the rate of one person, because this index reflects the influx of foreign capital which affects the ordinary citizen of the state, and not the entire population of the country.
