In this research, the author analyzes information behaviors in underground mall using agent-based modeling. The underground mall has several unique features. Notably, many people has tendency of losing their direction because there are almost same shapes by earthquake-resisting design. Although the underground mall has many commercial facilities, few papers have been treated to understand information behavior of consumers. The author discusses line-of-sight coverage of consumers using agent based simulation. The results of the simulation showed the interactions among people were given opportunities to extend area of line-of-sight coverage. Also the results showed that corners of junction were seen well than the left and right of straight path. Therefore, the results of the simulation showed that crowded situations were one of the chances to give their information to consumers.
